TFF engages and empowers the next generation to feed 9+ billion people by the year 2050.

  • We are 8,000 of the best and brightest minds of the next generation, driven by a desire to invigorate innovation and uproot the status quo. We are entrepreneurs, activists, and changemakers dedicated to feeding our growing planet.

     
  • The TFF Challenge is a movement in which youth (35 and younger) from all walks of life learn more about the complex challenges surrounding food security. TFF inspires them to channel their passions and creativity towards developing new ideas that make a difference.

     
  • Most importantly, Thought For Food is a one-of-a-kind community of friends, a network that spans 130 countries and counts on each other to their efforts to make the world a better place.

     

Why Thought For Food?

There is untapped next generation potential that will provide the insights and solutions to feed a growing world.

  • Every day one billion people go to bed hungry; even more are malnourished. At the same time, on the same planet, one billion people wake up fat and overfed. This perverse imbalance has dire consequences for our already strained healthcare systems and dwindling natural resources.

     
  • With the world population poised to increase to 9+ billion by 2050, we urgently need new solutions to ensure everyone in the world has access to adequate, safe, and nutritious food.

     
  • Thought for Food was created with the realization that the issue of food security is too big for any one person, institution, or organization to handle.
